I am 5' 5 1/2" tall and weigh 160lbs. These are well made joggers. I normally take a size large but the XL seemed best in this brand. They fit great. Just the right amount of ease at the hip and the length is perfect. I washed them on arrival and partially dried them on low and finished drying on a hanger. They are fleece lined so are definitely for warmer weather. Initially I thought these Joggers were a bit pricey but I got over that when I saw the quality and they fit so good. Order now so you can wear them thru spring.
