The black is black, the navy shows a more purple color in the image, but is in fact navy (but also so dark that it looks black), and the greys are much lighter than pictured. Other than that they're fine. My son finds them comfortable. I just wish images were more accurate seeing as how I purchased this set because of the purple joggers.Nice feeling and very comfortable.
