These pants are an incredible investment. First of all, the quality of the material is outstanding. We have been buying 32 Degree products for years through Costco so I was acquainted with the brand. I purchased our first batch of these pants there. I needed a constant source for 32 Degree so I turned to Amazon. Secondly, they have a soft feel, even after washing, which is important to residents in nursing homes, and are heat retaining. They launder beautifully and do not lose their shape. They are colorfast. I’ve saved the best for last. They are comfortable to the wearer and these are now the only pants in the closet. BTW, they are extremely well made so they look more like men’s golf slacks rather than sloppy casual men’s wear.
