I always try to find a review that mentions the purchasers height, weight or other relevant dimension that are similar to mine to help me decide which size to get. I some some helpful reviews with regard to what size I should get (including the manufacturers size information) but not enough where I was confident about which size to purchase. What may be the easiest way is to measure a pair of joggers that your currently have and then compare to the manufacturers chart.I am 6 feet tall and currently about 215. Typically I wear a 35 waist and have an inseam of 31. If I buy a 32 inseam pant/jean, I typically will have them altered and inch. I ordered the Large in this and they fit well and are the correct size. I Was debating on if I needed the xl.
