These are really comfortable and roomy. Not scratchy at all.There is seam stitching that contrasts the black pants- I like it- but it kind of makes the pants look more like pajamas. That being said, they are meant to be used for lounging.They are of great, Smartwool quality and they will last a long time. Have washed them a couple of times (in a mesh bag) and line dry them- no fading or pilling.
